In response to all the Republican declination of the Supreme Court's ruling on the ACA, Governor Jack Markell of Delaware, (D), is quoted as saying that he welcomes the opportunity to help more of his constituents and is working to make sure that the state of Delaware is prepared to implement all aspects of the Affordable Care Act in full and on schedule.
what eye thynk: Finally, an adult has entered the room.
An adult who is not necessarily a wholly-owned subsidiary of the pharmaceutical and insurance companies; an adult who remembers, perhaps, that he swore (on a Bible most likely) to not only uphold the Constitution but faithfully execute the duties of his office, which, at least in part, means representing the true welfare, health and prosperity of ALL of his constituents - not just the affluent ones

ReplyDeleteBravo Sir William! With so much being said regarding the implementation of the ACA it would seem that Governor Markell remembered his promise to the People of Delaware.
ReplyDeleteI hope your comment shames the Governor's who choose to reject this Act solely because it came from President Obama. An Act virtually identical to the one brought to Law in Mass by their own leader.
