THE BLACKMAIL CAUCUS, by Paul Krugman --- "I’ve seen a growing number of Romney supporters making a quite different argument. Vote for Mr. Romney, they say, because if he loses, Republicans will destroy the economy."
Mr. Krugman's editorial highlights an inventive reason, (excuse?) for voting for Mitt Romney. I'd say it was far fetched except that I've heard a similar argument from a self-proclaimed Independent and still undecided voter recently. (How can anyone be undecided at this stage of the campaign? Really. How?)
