And, let me go all grammar geek here, but the Pope never said he-who-shall-not-be-named was not "a" Christian, only that his actions were not Christian-like. That missing "a" is important. It was Trump who immediately took offense (the Pope was mean to me, waaa, waaaa, waaaa), maybe because he recognized the truth in the statement; but technically there isn't a Republican presidential candidate out there whose foot wouldn't slide into that shoe just as easily.
