Republicans Say the Darndest Things: Planned Parenthood is Trying to Control the Black Population

Ben Carson talked to Fox' Neil Caveuto after moving up in the polls following the Republican presidential primary debate last week.

Of course the subject of Planned Parenthood came up.  Aside from displaying his double standard regarding the fetal tissue controversy, he had this to say:

"I know who (Planned Parenthood founder) Margaret Sanger is.  I know that she believed in eugenics and that she was not particularly enamored with black people.  One of the reasons that you find most of their clinics in black neighborhoods is so that you can find a way to control that population."
