Trump Confuses Braggadocio With Immigration Policy

Donald Trump has published his plan for immigration reform.  It includes removing all illegal immigrants from the U.S. (while keeping families together, though he doesn't seem to know how that is going to work since many illegal immigrants have children who are U.S. citizens), raising all fees at border crossings to make coming here even legally unaffordable, and building a wall at our southern border (which he says he will force Mexico to pay for).

"...Trump made no effort to explain how, exactly, he intends to identify, detain, and deport roughly 11 million people, or how he intends to pay for such a massive undertaking. 'Politicians aren't going to find them because they have no clue,' Trump said.  'We will find them, we will get them out.'"

In an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper last month, Trump "said he 'can't guarantee' that he doesn't have undocumented immigrants working at his hotel projects since, as he claimed, there are anywhere tween 11 and 34 million undocumented immigrants in the country.

Responding to a recent Washington Post article finding that some workers at the new Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. are undocumented, Trump demanded names so that he could fire the workers."

Which begs the question, if he is going to "find them" and "get them out," why can't he find the ones who are working for him right under his nose?
