Fiorina Bending Super PAC Rules to Breaking Point?

In June the Fiorina Super PAC "Carly for America" was re-registered as "CARLY for America."  The reason was fairly simple.  As reported by the Washington Post, "FEC rules state committees can only use a federal candidate’s name if they’re authorized by that candidate, something super PACS, by rule, cannot be since they’re supposed to be independent."

So how is Ms. Fiorina getting away with using her name as part of her Super PAC's title?  By claiming that CARLY is an acronym for "Conservative Authentic Responsive Leadership for You."

what eye thynk:  The rest of the Grand Old Party presidential field should be jumping on this bandwagon any day now.
