...because I feel the same way.
While I've chronicled the haters in Washington and beyond who have demonstrated they are unable to accept a black man living in the White House, I'm still surprised at how many and how rabid is the bigotry against minorities, gays, women, non-Christians in the general population. My generation was supposed to be the one that put that behind us and allowed us to move on. I wonder now if we accomplished anything at all.
