He first ran for office when he was 26, and has run for political office 6 times in the 18 years since

then.  For all his time in politics, he has no laws or bills to call his own.  His only real accomplishment was being an original co-author of the President's amnesty bill--which he voted against and would like everyone to forget about.

Judging by the number of votes he has missed, if the country puts him in the White House, the only thing we an count on is that he'll take more time off than W--and that would be quite accomplishment.
