During a hearing on a bill that would add new restrictions to the rights of Idaho women to make their own medical decisions, Representative Nielson had this to say:
"Now, I'm of the understanding that in many cases of rape it does not involve any pregnancy because of the trauma of the incident. That may be true with incest a little bit."what eye thynk: Move over Todd Akin; we have a new winner.
